After passing $200 in account from wins left the app for about an hour upon return all winnings and game activities suddenly had disappeared.

Let me start by saying that I am thoroughly surprised to be here leaving a one-star review and posting a negative comment. This is because for years I have played this game and other related games from Avia without any problems, never having anything but fun, and no problems with withdrawing money.

I would have had no problem giving five-star reviews and recommending their games to anybody that asked. I did notice about a month or two ago playing Pocket 7 that small amounts of my winnings, like change, would disappear between gameplay, but at first, I was thinking it must have been my fault. So I started doing screen recordings and screenshots, and I realized that, yeah, they were taking little bits of money here and there. So I made a complaint, got told that I basically must be out of my mind and that that would never happen and I must be an idiot, and since it was just small amounts of change, I let it go and forgot about it.

Now today I logged on to play and played for a couple of hours and just did tremendously good. I did deposit roughly $80, but with that $80 I got up over $200 for the first time ever. I couldn't believe it; I was overjoyed. I am a disabled Army veteran on a fixed income, and to win $200 off $80 was amazing.

I knew that there wouldn't be any problem since I had never had a problem with it before, but I'd never cashed out more than $50 or $60 before. So I put my game phone down, picked up my other phone, and left the house in order to go grab some Taco Bell to celebrate. I left my phone here, so there's nobody at the house. I don't have ghosts, and there's nobody here to mess with anything.

I came home about an hour later, picked up my phone to start playing again, and my balance was down to $9. I couldn't *** believe it! So I'm thinking there must just be some small mistake. I played a couple more games, and I realized there wasn't a mistake; that money was gone.

I checked my activity, and there were five games I had lost in a row, all high dollar amounts that I hadn't played because I was gone and had no access to my phone. So I started support, and the first thing that support told me is that I am wrong; my account winnings were accredited normally. As for the games that I didn't participate in, in their words, the games I didn't participate in are my fault, and I should learn to be more safe with my device and my account safety, so those kinds of things don't happen. Yeah, again I see their words: the games that I did not participate in—it was my fault for not participating after starting them or after them being started because I wasn't safe enough with my device or account.

I have proof of that, and them saying that is them acknowledging the fact that I didn't participate in a number of games, and that's why all my money was gone, insinuating that I wagered a bunch of money five times in a row at least while I was gone and my phone was at home alone. By not participating, I lost that money, and it's my fault. So now that I'm furious and out of my mind, I go back and check my activity and everything like that, and in any place that it would have stated that I played any high-dollar games or had any winnings or had any losings, they were all of a sudden gone. In a three-hour period, only 10 games showed up, all for small dollar amounts.

Now, what I did go back and look through was the fact that I purchased a bunch of things and I purchased a battle pass.

I won a bunch of things by playing those games in the battle pass and in the Bounty and all of those things in the puzzle airplane puzzling, all of that right where I spent hundreds and maybe even thousands of tickets and things like that that I accumulated from playing all those games that they say that I never played. They robbed me, and they refuse to admit it, and I am taking legal action.

Refuses Withdrawals-but allows deposits to steal your money

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Original review updated Sep 19, 2025

I tried to withdraw money from SolitaireVenture, they are refusing to allow me to withdraw my money and are asking for my personal information after the fact of making numerous deposits, during the time deposited money, not one time did they flag me to ask for my ID verification but since I want to withdraw, they suddenly want me to give them my personal information which can be used my a third party. They are such a fraud, if they really gave a *** about fraud protection they should be asking for ID before the deposit is made, but the want to steal your money if you refuse to share your info, which they can sell to another.

If I had been asked to verify prior my multiple deposits I would have declined and not played, they also allowed me to withdraw 3 times before, but suddenly it's an issue because they don't want to give me money, I implore everyone, DO NOT PLAY ON THIS AVIA GAMES APPS, THEY ARE ALL LYING THEIVES AND ARE HOLDING $505 HOSTAGE AND NOT ALLOWING ME TO WITHDRAW, BECAUSE THEY ARE A FRAUDULANT COMPANY. They allow you to play until it looks like you winning, and then they want to verify the account so that a third party gets your information and they sell it. It is a fraudulent APP, they say they are verifying to protect the consumer, but what kind of protection it is, if you are asking to verify after hundreds of dollars I deposited, if they want to verify they need to notify people before they make any further deposits so the customer who is depositing can agree or disagree, don't hold my money hostage because your staff did not do their jobs correctly. I am a very pissed off consumer, and it won't stop till my account is back to where I can withdraw my money.

They want the information so they can share it with third parties, maybe government agencies who can harass you.

Why would I or anyone give you or any game platform our person information and on top of that they're trying to include your SS#. This is fraud to the extreme.

Their requirements are no different than a bank’s. You can’t walk up to a teller and withdraw money with no verification just because you opened an account.

Guest

It’s not fraud. They need verification because the Federal Government requires them to report all payouts to them. Your withdrawals are classified as income and have to be reported as such.

Karrisa Cjr

It’s actually untrue. They do not need to report anything to any agency as I withdrew 3 times from them.

What they’re supposed to do is notify you that you will need to verify before the next deposit and withdrawal so that I can decide whether I want to continue or not. They’re not supposed to let you deposit then play and then decide to verify your ID. AT THAT MOMENT THE POINT IS MOOT. THEY FINT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT REPORTING INCOME ITS ABOUT GIVING YOUR INFORMATION THAT A THIRD PARTY IT SPECIFICALLY TELLS YOU THEY WILL BE SHARING YOUR INFORMATION and Because they didn’t give me a chance to decide not to deposit anymore prior.

So if it was a bad reporting your withdrawals as income, it would be done first, but it’s not about reporting it.

It’s about their gimmick the way they make money from third parties because third-party information gets to send you advertisements gives you phone calls and emails yes so none of what you’re saying is true unless you’re playing on a gambling site and they are supposedly not a gambling site. FYI, if you’re someone who works for them nice try if you’re not do yourself a favor don’t play Also, I’ve played on other sites and that’s what they all do they let you play they let you withdraw and on your last withdrawal they will send you a notification stating that you will need to verify your account before the next deposit and withdrawal they did not do that because had they done that I would’ve stopped depositing

Consistent problems with payments, horrendous customer 'service'

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

In cash games with supposedly 5-7 random opponents, the odds of being the 1st player in each game 99% of the time in over 500 games are astronomical, but it's happened.

Consistent payout issues, 'approved' then nothing.

The 'support' team responds quickly, but does absolutely nothing else. Contacting them has the same end result as not contacting them.

No explanation is ever provided for delayed payments, direct questions are repeatedly ignored, and they tend to just repeat over and over, 'We understand your frustration. We have urged our colleagues to review your request.' No timescale for resolution is ever provided, and requests to escalate are routinely blanked; infuriating doesn't even begin to describe what it's like having to deal with them!

This company took money from my account after leading me to believe iI was receiving winnings.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I received multiple ads about playing a game to earn money. So I signed up, played some games and then received a request for my Venmo account to receive my winnings..

This is a scam as they withdrew eight dollars from my account.

I requested the money be put back and still have heard nothing from Avia games. This is obviously a scam to steal money from people.

Stealing

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AviaGames - Stealing

I was playing Solitaire Infinite and Avia Games Inc. offered me $18.

Of course, I accepted it and put in my PayPal information. I checked PayPal to see if I actually got the money, and I saw that $8 had been taken from my account. This is stealing. This is despicable, intolerable, hateful, appalling, heinous, offensive, shocking, revolting, unacceptable, unprofessional, unbelievable, unethical, and overall a very unpleasant experience.

This is 100% illegal, and the police should take action. I can't believe they are stealing from helpless people who are just trying to play a fun game.
