On ABS 8 Ball Strike, they are not paying winnings. I have submitted screenshots after screenshots of them not paying me.

They are also manipulating the game itself. They will actually move balls during the game to help one player or the other. In my case, I am the one who's being cheated. I played in the game yesterday where my opponent was trying to set up a shot to go in between the side rail of the pocket and my ball.

My opponent decided to shoot another ball, and when my turn came back to the same ball, my ball had been moved a considerable distance to allow a clean and wide gap for my opponent to shoot their shot through. And that's what caused me to lose. This is a money game and they are cheaters. They are blatant cheaters.

I am sending a screenshot of a $19 payment that I never received.

This is just one of the payments I never received. They won't even give me an answer about the $19 payout.

While I was playing Bingo Cash yesterday, I had money in my Winnies to play for a long time if I wanted to I like 70 something dollars then this game popped up for three boxes moved around and had to pick one and then at the end it would say you want all that money like 15 $20 They ended up taking it out of my account instead of putting it into my account and I know for authorize that nor did it ever say that that was gonna happen and I need my money back and I need to talk to somebody. I will send a picture of the many times that youll see in green where it said deposit into my account.

It just was very confusing and now theyve taken out so much money. I dont even have it.

To whom it may concern:

I am writing to formally request a full refund for all transactions made across multiple Avia Games accounts on several of your gaming platforms under my control. I have documented evidence, including hundreds of screenshots, demonstrating what I believe to be fraudulent scoring patterns in your games.

I have previously raised these concerns through multiple support tickets and refund requests, all of which have gone unaddressed. As a Washington State resident who has spent thousands of dollars on your platforms, I am entitled to seek resolution for what I believe are deceptive practices.

I am aware of the current class action lawsuit against Avia Games regarding the alleged use of bots, and that the federal court has denied your company's motion for arbitration. While I am preparing to pursue legal action independently, including potentially joining additional class action efforts in Washington State, I prefer to resolve this matter directly.

Please provide a response within 10 days regarding my refund request and the resolution of this matter.

Have played many of their games. Imho there is NO DOUBT AVIA steals, lies, ignores, uses bots, steals your winnings, and cheat as frequently as they can.

The do not give a damn about players, they only care about their bank balance. They have stolen my winnings more than once, they have cheated repeatedly. You will find NO FAIRPLAY on any AVIA Game. Skillz won $42.9 MILLION from their recent lawsuit against AVIA

Class Action Suit in California still moving forward..why?

BECAUSE AVIA DOESNT CARE ABOUT FAIRNESS OR LAWS according to the Judge their Arbitration rules ARE NOT FAIRtheyve had that rule thrown out by the Judge. Yeah, AVIA..finally being called on their BOTS usage.

Though theyve denied it for ages. Its a beautiful thing to see liars being caught.
